Mena is featured in the new Orange mobile phone commercial which is showing in cinema’s in the UK. Riikka has spotted in when she saw the new Harry Potter film. In the ad Mena plays herself starring as “Joan Of Arc” when Orange’s Mr. Dresden comes in with an idea for her to be a smokin cheerleader, it’s a very cute and clever. It then reminds you to turn off your mobile phones. Check it out!
Another cover! Mena is on the cover of the new Missbehave magazine [Issue #4]. Check the official site in a few days for a preview of the contents. I’m unsure on the feature of Mena in the magazine but I hope to have some scans in soon! It’s sold in the US [to the best of my knowledge] so run out and grab a copy - tell us what you think of the new mag! Good cover choice!
Mena is on the cover of Aventura magazine for their July/August 2007 issue. Inside is a whopping 18 page spread of photos and interviews - can’t wait to see it all! The official website still has the old issue featured, but I hope it changes soon with a preview of the interview and photos!
Mena has been listed as one of the hottest 100 women for 2007 by Maxim magazine. She has been placed at #73 and maxim.com posted this:

Just a quick update - I’ve added 4 stills for Caffeine, 2 for Rumor Has It and 2 for Standing Still (check the gallery for those!) The Standing Still official website is now up with some pictures and film info. About.com has a interview with Mena from the red carpet premiere of Rumor Has It and AOL Moviefone has an exculsive clip from Rumor Has It! Also Mena is on the cover of Lucky & Nylon magazines (scans will be here soon) and she is also in Cosmopolitan & Vanity Fair (all January 2006 issues). Thans sto Riikka for her help on that! More news as it comes in!

I know, bad me - updates have been very slack! I know I’ve been promising a new layout and I’ll add it just as soon as I have a spare few hours, I’ve had some other commitments of late, but to make up for it a bit I got some time to upload the Vegas and You magazine scans. Mena has also been on the cove cover of Bal Harbour magazine (I’ve never heard of it, but I did snag a copy from eBay) and Ocean Drive (both November issues) the cover is here and the article is here (same as Vegas). Scans should available here soon.
I FINALLY saw Beauty Shop today - the DVD was released in Australia last week, Mena was hilarious, but I’m disappointed she’s only in 3 scenes. Watch out soon for DVD captures.
What else is new…… Domino will be released on DVD on February 14th 2006 in Region 1. The Dog Problem is a new film that Mena is shooting at the moment (also starring Scott Caan [also writer and director], Don Cheadle and Giovanni Ribisi) and she plays Jules. Caffeine now have an official website up www.caffeinethefilm.com - dial up users, beware - HUGE images. Entertainment Tonight is have a “Rumor Has It” week with something new each day relating to the film! SO tune in! Have you been itching to hear about Standing Still?? (I have!!!!!) Moviehole.com has a review!
